- The room in question
We have a lovely double room available in our professional house share in Roundhay. The house is just off Street Lane where there's shops, bars and restaurants. Ideally looking for a girl to keep the balance.
In the house currently we have: -
James (35) works as a Broadcast Engineer. Likes walking, making music and tennis.
Belinda (29) works in Finance. Likes music, food and exploring new places.
As a house we normally go for a meal or a few drinks a couple of times a month. We don't live in each others pockets, but we do enjoy the odd pizza night or film together. We'd like to find someone who could develop into a friend as well as a housemate.

THE FREE ROOM: This room comes furnished with a good sized wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and chest of draws. This room is available from 10th August and is £434 pcm.
BATHROOM: In the house we have 2 bathrooms both with showers, toilet and sink. They are located on the first and second floor. Each floor has its own bathroom sharing with only 1 other person.
KITCHEN: we've a good sized kitchen, with a large American Style fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer.
LOCAL AMENITIES: we're blessed with a really good selection of local pubs, bars and restaurants e. g. Dominos, Pizza Express, Co-Op & Roundhay Fox to name a few. Its so nice to have Roundhay park 5 minutes walk away from the house, ideal for jogging!
PARKING: Street Parking is available outside the property on the road.
TRANSPORT: The nearest bus stop is less than 60 seconds walk on street lane. The Number 2 or 12 buses take you straight into Leeds City centre. It’s a very good service with buses every 12 minutes during peak times.
RENT & BILLS: The landlord will receive £434 for the room. In addition to this we pay an additional £8.75 per person for Broadband each month.
