13 mins walk to St James Hospital. Morrisons is 10 mins walk away. Plenty of small supermarkets just 3 mins walk away. Banstead Park directly opposite house. Bus stops 49, 50, 12, 13 to city centre 2 mins walk away (bus journey to city centre is 10 mins).

Ground floor: Entrance hall. Large, roomy kitchen, with all mod cons and lots of storage space . Medium-sized living room with large TV and Firestick with Netflix. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, sink and spare loo.

First floor: Two bedrooms and a recently renewed bathroom has an good shower, toilet, sink and bath.
