I am looking for a self-sufficient, respectful, and sociable housemate to share my home in Roundhay, Leeds.

You will have the large front bedroom with full built-in storage, an Eve premium Hybrid mattress, and space for a comfortable 'working from home' setup (see example photo).

The house is on a friendly and sunny street, within walking distance of several bus stops, cafes, convenience stores, parks, sports clubs and the night life of Chapel Allerton, Street Lane and Oakwood.

The house is fully insulated, has zoned heating, fibre broadband, new carpets, a great cooker in the kitchen, a comfy lounge with home cinema setup, driveway parking, and gardens front & rear.

I work from home most days but travel regularly for work and volunteering. I have a great community of friends of all ages, and hang out with them for board games, food, gigs, foraging, camping, skydiving, scuba diving etc.

Well behaved pets with pet insurance will be considered.
