2 double rooms - Roundhay

I’ve recently moved into my sister's house in Roundhay and I am looking for two, friendly, sociable girls to live with. I am a primary school teacher and I enjoy cooking, running, going out for drinks and socialising. I’m looking for like minded girls who want to spend some time together but also value their own space and privacy. I also love a tidy, clean house!

The house was recently extended, as well as a new bathroom fitted. The downstairs has a gorgeous open plan kitchen/living area with bifold doors which open onto a private garden. There is also a front living room as well as a toilet room. The house is mostly furnished, with some space to add your own bits!

Room 1 (£695, bills inc):
A spacious double room with a double bed and wardrobe.

Room 2 (£625, bills inc):
A smaller double room with a double bed, built in wardrobe/cupboard.

My sister and her family are in the process of moving out so some pictures may show their furniture but will be removed/replaced.

The house is a ten minute walk away from Roundhay Park and is situated close to Street Lane which has lots of nice cafes, pubs, charity shops, restaurants and other amenities. There is also lots of nice bars and restaurants in Oakwood and Chapel Allerton which are both less than a 10 minute drive away. There is a Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and M&S which are all within a 10 minute drive.

The house is also located close to the number 2, 3, 12 and 13 bus routes so you can be in Leeds city centre in around 20 minutes. There is a driveway and plenty of on street parking available.
