Roundhay House Share Looking For Housemates!

We have a large double bedroom available in our houseshare in Roundhay, with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers]. The house has a good sized paved back yard, central heating and double glazing throughout. The rent includes all bills: gas/electric, water, council tax & internet; and we have "superfast" broadband in case you're a netflix fan :)

We have two dogs - both rescue greyhounds we recently took in from Spain. Both lovely and very sleepy, but they do like walks when we can get them up off the sofa.

The bathroom has just been renovated and so we now have a lovely big shower which is a great luxury!

The area is very calm and quiet, on-street parking is available and the house is walking distance from Roundhay Park, as well as Street Lane, Chapel Allerton and Oakwood. There are also plenty of bus stops heading into Leeds.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for two years, she is currently studying for a masters at Sheffield University and I am a self employed carpenter. The house is nice and big with plenty of shared spaces - big living room and kitchen and a nice big garden so there's room for everyone.

We have a variety of interests - but a few of our more regular obsessions are: movies, music, languages, hiking/camping, bird watching, woodworking, reading, martial arts and board games!

We are both big on sustainability and recycling, and neither of us eat meat or use animal products and would prefer to not have meat in the house, so ideally we'd only like to have vegetarian / vegan housemates. Hope that's OK?
