We are three friendly, professional girls, medics etc... Mid 20's are looking for three others to share a beautiful and neutrally decorated house in the centre of leafy, sophisticated Roundhay. If you think this may suit you, please feel free to take a look.

LOCATION: Its 2 mins walk from transport links to Leeds and St James and 2 mins walk to fab restaurants inc San Carlos flying Pizza, Nappa, The Deer Park, Pizza Express, StarBucks. Also local pubs and bars and also boutique designer clothes and shoe shops. Plus convenience stores and Delis.

Transport: Leeds Centre apx 15/20 mins by bus and Chapel A apx 5 mins by bus. Parking available outside the house.

House: Luxurious and warm, d/glaze, central heat, regular cleaner, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Sky and wireless broadband. South facing patio and this ensuite is ground floor so has its own 'private to you only' access to this south facing, sunny patio.

Room: Is south facing, light and airy, 2 double wardrobes and drawers. Own Sky TV point. Lovely clean, white tiled ensuite with shower, loo and sink.

We are professional girls, so whilst we like to have fun, we also need our beauty sleep :)
