Whole floor - large bedroom + ensuite! Bills Incl!

Hi! My name is Cass, I am a professional living and working in Leeds. I have a large double bedroom with ensuite available in my modern, stylish private home.

You will have the 2nd floor all to yourself with large mirrored/built in walk-in wardrobe, solid oak double bedframe from LaRedoute and ensuite with shower, toilet and sink.

There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (one my bedroom and one my office/spare room) and 3 bathrooms in total across the 3 floors, so there is plenty of space! :)

I am looking for someone that is clean, quiet and respectful. I tend to do my own thing but always happy to chill/watch tv or a film on an evening, or eat together from time to time when we feel like it, but just see how we feel and nothing forced! The house has really fast internet, smart heating and smart doorbell, as well as Netflix, YouTube Premium, PS3 and Amazon TV Firestick in the living room.

There is plenty of on-street parking, the location is perfect for commuting to nearby Leeds City Centre - there is a bus stop 90 seconds away from the front door with buses running every 10 minutes or less. The location is also great for commuting to other areas such as Thorpe Park, Cross Gates, Wetherby, Wakefield, York, etc. An Uber to the city centre usually costs around £10-12.

The room is furnished with bed, bedside tables, 2 large IKEA chest of drawers and large, walk-in wardrobe.

All bills are included, although I obviously ask lodgers to be respectful and considerate with usage. Give me a shout if any questions! :)
