Double Room in gorgeous flat inc bills & parking

I’ve got a double room to rent in my flat in a new build complex by York Road Asda (LS14). I’m looking for someone to let it out for a minimum of 6 months either on a 7 day a week basis (preferred), or on a Monday to Friday basis for three months.

The room is warm as it gets the sun all day plus being on the 2nd floor it gets all the heat from the flats underneath in winter so it’s super warm and super cheap on bills.

Your room has got a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bed side draws with more than enough space for clothes/bits and bobs. The kitchen is fully equipped so everything you need to cook with is there so all you need to move in is yourself, clothes, food and toiletries!

I work shifts at my job, so I’m not usually home much during the day (or some nights) but my days off I spend either out with friends, catching up on studying/coursework, Netflix binging or going for a run or doing chores.

There is FREE parking if you drive which is an added bonus to the property. if you don’t drive it’s a 3 minute walk to the bus stops to either Crossgates or Leeds City Centre. It’s also a 5 mins drive to Lidl and Aldi and a 2 minute walk to a 24hr Asda next door.

It’s also on major transport links for the motorways so couldn’t be more well placed!

Smoking isn’t allowed in the flat, but outside the block is ok. :)
