Located between Leeds and York and just 7 miles away from Selby with a local train station (ten minutes walk) and regular bus services, making it perfect to comuters to Leeds, York, Pontefract, Castleford or Wakefield.

Located down in a quiet area, with the village centre within 5 minutes walk (includes an Aldi supermarket, Tesco, Spar, Co-Op and others, as well as plenty of restaurants, pubs, butchers, bakers and library). There is a large public park and a gym in the village as well as plenty of relaxing country walks.

I am the resident landlady, 29 years old and work. The house is a three bedroom house and you will have full use of the two bathrooms, large kitchen, large living room, garden, as well as your own single bedroom, which has plenty of space (with a bed, cupboard and bookshelf), with a window view which looks out onto an open field.
