Perfect for Leeds, York and Surrounding Areas

Our house is located in Sherburn-in-Elmet which is a lovely village in-between Leeds and York. There are a few pubs, two curry houses, and plenty of little shops only a five-minute walk from the house. The Aldi is only a two-minute walk away! There are two train stations (Sherburn and South Milford) which are about a 10-minute walk from the house.

I work in a school and Matt is currently working from home. In the evening we enjoy cooking and then chilling out watching a bit of TV. At the weekend we tend to go for walks or to the football, and enjoy a trip into York fairly regularly.

The price is inclusive of bills: gas and electric, water and broadband. There is space to park a car on the road along the side of the house as you can see in the first photo. The room has a double bed and mattress with bedding, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail and two bedside tables.

You’re welcome to use all our pots, pans and glasses; and we will provide a cupboard, a small fridge, and freezer space for your food and drink. As we have an en-suite, you would have the main bathroom pretty much to yourself unless there is someone staying in our other spare room.
