I have available a bright and airy, large bedroom with lounge area and work space., with ensuite private bath/shower room.
Available 5 nights per week only, Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
The spacious and comfortable accommodation is located in a duplex apartment, within a large Edwardian semi detached house. I live separately in the apartment below, ensuring both privacy but someone on hand should you need me to sort out anything.
The house is set on a quiet, leafy street on the outskirts of Saltaire, with canal and woods only ten minutes walk away and with good transport links (ten minutes walk to the rail station and 20 min commute to Leeds). There are buses to Bradford every ten minutes.
There is use of a shared, fully equipped dining kitchen with seating area and TV. This will be shared with one other lodger, a professional female who has her own bathroom and lounge on the floor above so a degree of separation and privacy is ensured.
The room itself is pleasantly decorated, with good quality bed linen and towels provided.
Happy to have you for short periods if you're in the area for a course, work placement etc or for a longer period if you're working away from home (max 6 months)
