The house is in a great location, there are great views from the property and it is on a quiet road, with lovely walks from the front door. There are local amenities very near by - shops, takeaways and the train station all within a half hour walk.

The spare room is comfortable, quiet and spacious with views over the back garden. There is 1 shared bathroom that is new this year, with a great shower. The lounge area is a large room that I would be happy for you to use as much as you want, and the internet, Netflix and Prime would all be available to you.

I am now a teacher in Leeds and bought the house 2 years ago when I started a teaching job in Bradford. I spend a lot of time out of the house as I work over in Leeds and play tennis a few times a week over there. My partner also lives in Leeds so i spend some nights a week over there, but we will also spend some nights at the property.

You would have plenty of independent time available, but if you wanted to watch a movie together, play games or be shown around the area we would love to do that too.

The rent would include the cost of the bills.
