Double room : Shipley/Saltaire

Hi

I have a double room available in my end terrace located in Shipley near to Saltaire for either Monday to Friday or full-time lets. The room would be ideal for working professionals, working outside the home, looking for a base to come home to as it has excellent transport links into Leeds and Bradford and beyond.

The room is on the second floor. It is furnished with a tripple wardrobe which has integrated shelving, along with bed, bedside cabinets, desk and chair, easy chair. There is a kettle and toaster in the room.

There is a large shared dining kitchen to chat and relax in. (sorry no shared lounge). The kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher. A cleaner attends fortnightly for the communal areas and it is appreciated if everyone using the house can help to keep it clean and tidy in between, thank you. 🙂

There is a large bathroom with separate shower, free standing bath and double vanity unit.

The house is close to excellent public transport links, bus stops 2/5 mins away going to Bradford/Saltaire, Keighley frequently; a train station 10/15 mins walk away. There is a park opposite the house and Northcliffe Park with woodland, tennis courts etc 5 mins away. 10 minutes walk takes you to Saltaire Shops and many excellent cafes/restaurants and a few minutes extra into Saltaire village world heritage site including Salts Mill with galleries and Roberts Park.

There is on street parking nearby and shared courtyard garden, garden furniture at the back of the property.
