I am a live-in Landlord and have a double room available in my end terrace located in Shipley near to Saltaire.
The room is on the second floor and of reasonable size. It is furnished with a tripple wardrobe with integrated shelving, bed, bedside cabinets, desk, fire TV (32"). There is also a fridge, kettle and toaster.
Although there is no shared lounge, there is a large dining kitchen with TV, radio and communal area to chat and relax in. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.
There is on street parking immediately at the rear of the house for 1 car and further parking is available close by.
There is a large bathroom with separate shower, free standing bath and double vanity unit.
The house is close to a bus stop, shops, cafes, supermarket and Saltaire & Shipley town centre. Train station 10/15 mins away.
