Shipley town center is less than 5 minutes walk (Asda, swimming baths, library, banks etc). Saltaire village is less than 5 minutes walk with loads of great restaurants, bars, pubs and shops.

The room available is a fully furnished double bed en suite with walk-in dressing room, chesterfield sofa, coffee table, t. v point, USB wall sockets, desk/chair and is inclusive of all bills, Wi-fi (1 gig download) and Council tax.

Shared facilities include 21ft dining kitchen with granite work tops, double oven, dish washer, utility and laundry room. New high quality German white goods throughout.
