I am looking for a house mate to share the house with me. There is a kitchen, living room and bathroom which will be shared and two separate rooms for myself and yourself. I work full time and I am looking for somebody who also works. I would look for a months rent up front and then £600 per month from there. I am very clean and keep things to a high standard. Included would be all bills except your own food. I would keep the house clean but would expect you to keep your area clean. I am really bubbly and easy to get along with. The home is fully furnished however the room in question has a bed and a desk and would just require you to bring a wardrobe if required. There is a set of draws already here.
