Nice House, Quiet Place, 15min From Hospital

Looking for a lodger for at least 3 months. If you’re not sure, we can try a month. If you want a reference from me, my friend Clare who lived with me for over a year can give you one.

Good fit for any NHS workers or doctors who want somewhere out of the way but close enough to the hospital.

A very firm no to any frequent drinkers or alcohol in the house. Call it a spiritual preference. Smoking is fine outside, as long as it’s not crack.

Ideally would find someone who doesn’t work from home, as I do already. It’s not a deal breaker though. I do creative and design work, and run my own business. I need quiet and calm. If you want parties on a weekend, this isn’t the place.

Two potential rooms. Will need your own bedding, towels etc. Plenty of wardrobe space. Space to park next to the house. Quiet road, quiet area, good view with nice walks. Walking distance to a big Tesco, train station and a gym. Right next to the canal.

I generally do my own thing and live in my cave. I’m not antisocial, just busy in my own brain. Open to hanging out if we get on, or just keeping it formal. Whatever works best. I always try to meet people’s needs however I can.

I’ve travelled the world and seen a few things. I play my guitar now and then - a nylon acoustic. No death metal or anything.

I’ve been down a spiritual path, but I don’t have pockets full of crystals and won’t wake you up with a gong bath at 7am chanting names of Egyptian deities. I’m not really in that world of things anymore.

I'm calm (unless building a website), kind, and a good listener. Bring me chocolate, and I’ll try to sort your life out.

Not a clean freak. I generally keep it tidy but have odd habits of leaving tins of beans, socks and other items in odd places as ornamental features. Probably undiagnosed ADHD.
