Rental opportunity for a student/professional for a single bedroom in a gorgeous new build property near Pinderfields Hospital.

The property is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, private cul-de-sac with on street and garage parking (garage situated right next to the property - fully safe/secure). The property has a large SSW facing garden with no properties onlooking - very peaceful. The house has all the desirables including dishwasher, bath and washing machine.

The spare bedroom is an unfurnished single room (I do have some spare furniture that can be used). There are plenty of plugs with an aerial socket.

I am open to individuals staying 7 days a week - preferably working Mon-Fri standard hours but I'm not adverse to Pinderfields staff working less sociable hours.

Very easy commute by bus/train into Leeds and Wakefield - close to M62 & M1 for elsewhere.

The house is always kept clean and in excellent condition! I would be expecting this from any roommate. Preferably not looking for someone with a weekday nightlife, however not adverse to people who enjoy drinks on a weekend.
