Lovely, clean 3 bedroom house, close to Wakefield town centre. The property has 2 Double bedrooms, a study room, lounge, kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

The property is situated near junction 41 of the M1. Easy access to both M1 North and South.

10 minute car/taxi journey to Wakefield train station.

It is currently occupied by myself and I’m looking for another individual to share with. Ideally a working professional to share the property with, but as long as they are clean and tidy, it doesn’t really matter!

I’m a 27 year old female, who work full-time Monday to Friday. So will be out and about during the week but around on the weekend subject to plans. All I ask is that the lodger Is a non-smoker, who is hygienic, clean and tidy.

I hope to find the ideal roommate that could potential be a friend as well.
I’m respectful of other people’s space, I’m happy to engage in conversation but I’m happy to back off if you want your own space. I consider myself a friendly person, and I’m looking for the right roommate for me and my house! I’m a very busy person who is on the go during the week. I often use the weekend to relax at home and catch up on life admin. But I do find myself making plans, as I like to keep myself occupied.

The property is situated in a quiet family neighborhood, so there’a not a lot of noise from the outside world post 5pm. Which is nice and relaxing after long days at work!

The Kitchen and Lounge would be shared. Kitchen has large cupboards, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The Living room has 2 sofas, coffee table and TV. Netflix and Prime subscriptions available.

The Bathroom have a bathtub, washbasin and WC, Shower is also available.
