The adjoining bathroom features a sink, shower, toilet and mirrors. There is also shared use of a downstairs bathroom with a shower and bath as well as a generously sized living room and kitchen.
We are ideally looking for a young, professional male, mid 20's to mid 30's but will consider any applicant as we are looking to fill the space quickly.
The rental fee is exclusive of bills and all household bills are split equally amongst housemates (council tax, electric, gas, water & broadband)
