City Centre Double Bedroom

I have a double bedroom going in the centre of Wakefield. It comes with a new double bed. The flat is fully furnished.

I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. I have the tenancy until November, but would look to extend if needs be. I'll need someone who is working for that income security.

I work from home so I'll be around a lot. I'm very clean and organized - also a good cook! I'm also quite laid back.

All bills included and we can either go halfs on the food shop or get our own. Parking permits are available from the council if you drive.
