The house is on a main bus route, not far out of Wakefield city centre. Street is on a bus route, close to local amenities, nearby Morrisons and McDonalds.

Prospective tenants must be able to provide references, ID, and proof of income, hence, working tenants preferred. References, identification, and background checks will be made, to ensure affordability and reliability.

Smokers are welcome on the condition they smoke outside in the garden.
