Room with own kitchen

We have available a double room with the kitchen. The bathroom ( with a shower) is shared only with one other tenant. The property is located in Wakefield city centre, close to Trinity Walk and bus station, very close to Pinderfields hospital.
The room is on the second floor of the building.
Most bills are included- electric is to be paid by top up cards- average cost around £30 per month.
WiFi for tenants.
Parking on street- permit from Wakefield Council would be needed.
The room has no bed at the moment so would be perfect for someone who has their own bed, but if needed, the bed can be supplied.
