Double room Silkwood Gate Wakefield

I have a double room to rent in my 4 bedroom detached home in Wakefield.
The house is situated at Silkwood Gate, off Dewbsury Road, only a few minutes from junction 40 of the M1 and 1. 5 miles into Wakefield city centre so is ideally placed for commuters to Leeds, Sheffield, York and Manchester.

The house had a large kitchen/dining area, good sized garden, a shared living room with tv (including virgin) and a parking space/garage.
I have my own en suite so the house bathroom would be yours to share. Currently I am looking for a maximum of two lodgers (I have three spare bedrooms but only want to rent two out) so the bathroom would only be shared between you and one other lodger.

I have a dog, Maisie, she is nearly 11 months old and is well behaved, if you're not a doggy person then this one may not be for you. If you like animals then you'll love Maisie, she's a softy!

I am looking for a house mate who is clean, tidy and trustworthy.
