Room in cozy house - Avail. March 2018

Hi everyone,

Our names are Gabry and Erika and we are renting a room in our lovely home in Wakefield 10 minutes walk from Westgate train station and 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The house is furnished to a high standard, clean and cozy, so we are looking for people who can keep everything in perfect conditions.

The room is newly furnished bedroom with a big wardrobe a table, some shelves, a bedside table and the single bed.

There is a modern shared lounge, Kitchen and bathroom, and all amenities are provided for such as washer, microwave, toaster, central heating, a big fridge and broadband. The backyard has just been redone and provides a nice space to stay outside during the summer

Before committing to rent the room, we will need some references from previous landlords and employers since we have had some bad experiences in the past and we will be sharing the space every 1-2 weeks

The house is actually to sale, we don't know how long it will take, so we are renting the room at a very discounted price, keeping in mind that once an offer is received, the sale will be concluded in 2 months. If no offer are received, the room will be kept at that price
