I am looking for someone to take over my remaining tenancy until 1st July 2026. Looking for a female room-mate who works full time. The flat is on 1 floor with a spacious open plan living room and dining area, Kitchen is separate. The room for rent comes with an ensuite and there is another shared bathroom in the flat.

There is a nice private balcony not overlooking anyone, and communal grounds within the estate.

The flat is in a good location with a bus stop a 5 minute walk away (Otley Rd). There is street parking (will need to apply for a residents permit free of charge) and a private car parking space in the garage below the flats.

The current housemates are 2 young professional women who are sociable and active. 
Bills are split equally. Any questions let me know ⁠
