The property is in a very nice location and is close to good transport links into Leeds city centre and very close to the ring road.
We are looking for a clean and tidy person who would look after the flat and keep it tidy as i am not there very much.
Off street parking for one car to the side of the flat is available. I am a very easy going laid back sort of guy. You would have the place to yourself nearly all the time as i work away. It has very good transoprt links as the ring road is just a few hundred yard up the road. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with good service to the city. This might suit a monday to friday person.
