Friendly housemate wanted - Dbl room nr Headingley

Looking for a new housemate to come and rent the spare room in my three-bed, terraced house in West Park.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. I'm happy for whoever rents the room to supplement this as they like, and for them to decorate and make the room their own.

The house features a large dual aspect living/dining room and kitchen downstairs, and a nice garden.

It is located in a quiet, leafy area, a short walk from Otley Road and all the pubs and shops in Headingley. It is also close to Horsforth and Kirkstall and lots of easy bus routes to the city centre.

I'm ideally looking for someone social who I'll get along with. It would be great to find a friend as well as a housemate. So a good start would be similar interests. If you enjoy books, films, live music, a good Netflix binge, board games, cooking, pub quizzes, American football or a wander about the countryside (preferably ending in a good country pub) you might fit the bill.
