Spacious room in 4 bedroom house- all bills inc

Hello,

I am looking to let out a room in my spacious 4 bedroom detached house as my husband is away most of the time as he is a pilot in the army.

Photos of the room attached. Fully furnished with chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, bedding ( if needed), waredrobe, blinds.

It has a bathroom and I have an ensuite but occasionally will want to use the bath.

The house is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Kitchen; pots pans, crockery, air fryer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle all included.
3 TVs
I buy all cleaning products, toilet roll, kitchen roll etc.

I do have 3 cats, all of which are friendly ( ragdoll and bengals), they can be locked out of the room. I also have a small cockapoo dog.

I am really clean and tidy so new house mate must be the same, as this is a nice house not a student let. Strictly no smokers ( vaping is fine).

There is a drive for parking or lots of on site parking available.

Price is for a Monday- Friday let.
