Double bedroom to let -3 bed semi detached house

Furnished double bedroom for let in Whitwood/Castleford in a new build 3 bed property. The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, tall drawers and a large Tv. There is a space on the drive for a vehicle. The ideal person must like dogs please as I have two small dogs. I currently work at home as a professional so I am in the house a lot of the time and on zoom calls most of the day but when it comes to weekends I am very outgoing and like to spend time with my family/friends/partner and they do come round to my house for food/bbq’s etc and my partner stops over often too so the ideal person must be outgoing and sociable preferably as I wouldn’t want them feeling awkward. The living room/bathroom/kitchen will be shared but I can’t see us getting under one another’s feet as out of work hours I’m not in the house a lot. I am a clean person and like to keep my house tidy so someone clean/tidy please🙂 Sorry as I would preferably prefer someone without kids also with me having dogs just to be on the safe side.
