Large Double Room in Woodhouse for rent. This recently refurbished house is near to the universities and leeds CC.

The room is on the top floor of the house and has a big dormer window allowing plenty of light in. The street is quiet, very wide and has open parking. So no permits required. The room has LED warm dimming spot lights, USB plug sockets and black out curtains. There is also a large wardrobe, large desk, double bed and good other storage.

There is a house bathroom with a big shower and LED/bluetooth mirror. And extra cupboards

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with plenty of space. Dinning table in the middle with overhanging feature light and dishwasher, larder and fridge/freezer with plenty of space. We have loads of cooking appliances. The lounge is spacious and features a LED light up tv and sofas.

The house comes with a large basement. The washer/dryer is there. This space will also be open for tenants to store their stuff or bikes etc freeing up space in your room. There is also a gym down here.

On middle floor landing is a large cupboard where housemates have their own shelf so again you can store more stuff outside your room to free up space.

On the top floor opposite the room is a spear room. This isn’t being rented out and instead is a room you can use for a friend or family member to sleep. It has a sofa bed. It does have a double desk in as well and can be used if the living room is in use and you want your own comfy space. Great perk !

I am a young professional living here and working in Leeds. I am not looking for this to be a standard house share, so the finish has been done to a higher standard and the lounge is not just another bedroom and actually a space to be enjoyed. It’s a home 🙌

Ideal potential housemates would be tidy, clean and between 18-30. I am newish to leeds from London so I am just getting to know people in the area. Hence the ideal housemates being around 18-30. Like to socialise and hope to make a friend out of the new housemate. I am away a lot as well with work 🙌
