Hey, we are looking for a tenant to move into our shared house on Glossop Mount in Woodhouse, Leeds.
The house is £85 a week plus bills (about £14 pw) and the tenancy is from this July for a year. It's also just been refurbished and has on street parking.
You'd be living with me and my mate who are in our second year of uni, easy going and into music.
