Hey, I'm currently looking for a tenant to replace my space in this lovely 4 bed house in Woodhouse, Leeds! The 3 other tenants are very friendly and open to anyone living with them. The house has spacious bedrooms with big windows looking into the garden & is super close to Leeds arts uni! (Hence why we went for this property in the first place). The house is listed as a flat because there is a second flat above the house but the only thing shared is the hallway to get to your flat. This allows for more sociability if you want that! It's super cheap at £106 per week for a property this close and in a nice area of leeds. Hope to hear from you soon!
