Currently renting a 3-bedroom flat and need 1 more person for next academic year - 2021 September.
The contract is 12 months and starts 2021 July 1st. Current occupants are 2 guys from Computer Science, Univeristy of Leeds. We respect privacy and can adjust to people. Our hobbies include video games, music, sports, cultures, languages. We're fairly quiet but like a good chat in many topics!
Location - right by the Woodhouse Moor (the giant park), which means it is really close to University of Leeds! 5-10 minutes on foot.
Flat description - 1 shared bathroom, spacious kitchen (connected with the living room, also with washing machine+tumble-drier), all photos included.
Bedroom - size is about 6x4 metres, furnished - with a desk, chair and wardrobe plus an additional drawer and night-desk.
Price - We have bills sorted by now, and it is about 105 per week altogether.
