A master bedroom near uni, friendly housemates

Hi,
I have 1 beautiful double bedroom and 1 master bedroom for rent, will be available at the middle of May and looking for the right housemates. There are 3 Masters students living there at the moment.

They are all easy-going people, love cooking, traveling or just to have a good laugh with other housemates.

I'm looking for female or male housemates who respect other' own space, tidy and responsible. The current housemates are working and studying at the same time so they also hope there is quiet time after 12 AM.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and shared open plan living kitchen. Back and front garden with a very safe door key system. You don't need to buy anything, just move in and live as your own house. BILLS INCLUDED, EXCEPT gas and electricity (summer about £100 any winter about £200 for the whole house). The house has Hive system so it is energy saving and warm.

The rooms is on the 1st floor where you would find a big bathroom. The master bedroom is £500 for a single person and £540 for a couple (will be available from 28 June)

Your Room has: A double bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobes, drawers, multiple sockets

The House has: A parking space for your car, bathroom, open plan kitchen with a washing machine. There is a TV in the shared lounge. A big attic room where you could hang clothes if you want. A reasonable size garden is also perfect for BBQ in the UK summer.

The House is a 25 minutes walk from Leeds City Center, a 10-minute walk from the University, GP, post office and convenience store are just 3 minutes away. The bus stop is just 1-minute walking distance from the house.
