Looking for a new flatmate till the end of June. There are 5 friendly 2nd year students who are looking for a 6th to join them.

The room is at a bargain £400 pm, the price has been reduced as they only have the house for another 4 months. This is a great opportunity to get a lovely room for such a low price and make new friends. There are no issues with the house and the agent is available if needed.

Bedroom - it’s double room on the first floor, the bed is big and comfy, it has a built in wardrobe, desk + chair (just visible at the front), and it’s also close to the bathroom you can see in the photos (2 photos same bathroom).

The room is available now but we’re happy to wait a couple of weeks if necessary.

This 6 bedroom house is fully furnished, has a large living room, on-street parking and great links into Leeds City Centre.

Area Guide - Woodhouse is a popular and great value student spot, only 5 minutes walk from Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds. Local shops, takeaways and convenience stores are also only 5 minutes walk. Hyde Park sits adjacent providing green space and a selection of pubs and cafes. Its close proximity to the City Centre means residents have easy access to all that the City has to offer, from renowned shopping to buzzing night life.

Living Area: A good sized living room with two large sofas, laminate flooring and a large bay window, so lots of light and plenty of space to sit, catch up, or watch TV.
