Both rooms are large attic bedrooms with brand new basic furnishings, brand new mattress (new bedding, linen and towels privided), offering plenty of space and privacy, giving tenants the flexibility to arrange and personalise the space to suit their own comfort and preferences.

I’m a healthcare professional and a relaxed, experienced landlady who has been renting the rooms for many years. Many previous tenants have been long term, really enjoyed living here and stayed until they moved on for work opportunities, relocation, or returning home.

The home has a calm atmosphere with mature sensibilities, and I’m keen to maintain a peaceful and respectful living environment for everyone in the house.
