One person is needed to join 5 other students from 1st July 2026 in a nice large house with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen (new 1 year ago) and a large comfortable living room with flat screen tv (tv and licence included in rent). Other tenants are friendly non smoking male Malaysian students but any nationality and male or female are welcome to join the group.
The room available is large with double bed, desk, chair, draws, wardrobe and shelves on the 2nd floor (so a quiet room). The house is a short walk to Leeds University and a few minutes walk from Hyde Park Corner. The rent is very reasonable at £335pcm (plus bills).
