Hi! We have a spare room available in our 2BHK flat and are looking for a new flatmate 😊

We’re a working professional couple from India who enjoy a clean, cosy home. We love cooking, occasional movie nights, and weekend plans, but also respect personal space.

Location perks:
The flat is in a great location, close to Leeds University, near Hyde Park Corner bus stop with excellent bus links, and within walking distance to the city centre. We genuinely love how convenient and well-connected it is. The landlord is also very responsive and easy to deal with.

Costs:
- Rent: £400
- Bills: £60 (approximately)
- Council Tax: £50 / month

Who we’re looking for:
Preferably a female flatmate, but open to anyone who’s a good fit. Ideally someone who:
- Keeps shared spaces clean and tidy (very important!)
- Is respectful of privacy
- Is friendly and open to occasional hangouts

Since it’s a small home, we’d love someone we can get along with and create a comfortable vibe together.
