Hi, my partner and I are looking for a female housemate and have a large double room with a shared bathroom. I am a primary school teacher and Josh is a nurse. We enjoy running, cooking, and going for drinks and meals out. ALL BILLS INCLUDED: gas/electric/water/council tax/TV license/Netflix/WiFi. The room includes double bed (ottoman with storage) and matress, chest of drawers and wardrobe and 2 side tables. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has a large dishwasher, and we also have a downstairs toilet. The house is a 7 minute walk to Woodlesford train station and 10 minutes on the train into Leeds. The M1 is also a 5 minute drive away.
