This house is located on major transport links and is very central (literally 3 minutes drive from the centre of Leeds). This makes it ideal for professionals who work in the city centre or surrounding areas. Motorway access is also very close.

The property is complete with on street parking, with major bus routes literally 30s walk from the property. There is also a small private backyard for smokers.

There is a cleaner every 2 weeks for communal areas (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways).

The house is fairly quiet, as the lodgers work full time and stay busy.

Please note that short term lets (£470) or Monday-Friday lets (£420) will be considered.
