Short term lets of minimum 1 week also considered. Currently maximum 6 months stated but can be ongoing if the tenant is the right fit.
Cost is per week, 4 weeks rent to be paid at the start of the week/month .
Please respect the house rules, keeping the room and communal areas in a clean, acceptable condition.
Would prefer a working professional but mature students may be considered. Will only consider tenants who DO NOT work remotely as I need the house during the day for work.
Prospective tenants are welcome to book a viewing. As I am a live-in landlord, will need to see if the potential tenant is a right fit and would make a suitable house mate. Will be able to send tenancy agreement once finalised.
