Single lady who works full time looking for a housemate. 4 cats and a dog live here and I have horses! so pet hair to be expected. I’m also a smoker and don’t mind if you are. Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. My teenage daughter stays here some weekends depending on her schedule. Room can be furnished or unfinished. Negative parts... pet hair and the house boiler is in the room (in a cupboard) rarely need to get to it though usually only for the annual gas inspection. Any questions just ask.
