A small village detached cottage, with a private bedroom with a double bed, a shared lounge, and a bathroom. The kitchen is also shared, all on the ground floor. The Council tax Band is A, and I pay it. The property currently does not have a television, so if you have your own and watch it live or use the BBC, you will need your own TV license.
There is no restriction on your use of all of the ground floor. If you have a guest, I would need to know in advance, and the guest would not be allowed to stay overnight.

If we agree on you having a pet, strict rules regarding being kept on a lead apply. Sheep or cattle are in most fields.

There is a hotel and a shop in the village with limited opening hours.
The nearest town is called Stranraer and is 9 miles away.
The Nearest Petrol is at Castle Kennedy Village. It is 6 miles from our village. at the junction with the A75, our main Trunk road for journeys to Ireland, North and East.
