Furnished double room in LGBTQ house with cats!

Hey :) My housemate+close friend (25, female) and I (33) are looking for someone else to share this lovely, modern, 4-bedroom, 3-storey house with us after our previous housemate moved out in March, just before lockdown!

The spare room is a good size as you can see, with a bed that can easily be changed from a single to a double (choose between extra floor space or extra bed space), a 2-seat leather sofa, desk, 42" TV with Chromecast, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and surround speakers, plus a chest of drawers, clothes rail, and some other drawers.
This room was originally a living room and is on the ground floor, but has been a bedroom for several years now, as that was more convenient for us in the past and we rarely used it as a living room anyway!
However we do also have a much smaller room that could be used as a single bedroom if you would prefer a room on the middle floor instead of the ground floor, and/or you'd rather we had a communal living room again :)

There's a shared bathroom on the middle floor, including separate bath and shower, as well as a WC on the ground floor, directly opposite the spare room.

We have a nice sized kitchen with a dishwasher, separate washing machine & tumble dryer, 2 freezers (plus a third in the garage; long story!), and a sofa, plus the usual kitchen stuff!

There's a garden with patio area and washing line, double driveway (with space for one more car), and double garage.

We have fast Internet access (55 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) with Wi-Fi, and even wired Ethernet to most rooms including this one.

We're a 5-minute walk from the local Co-op Food convenience store, as well as a couple of takeaway shops, a pub, and buses to Salisbury and elsewhere.

£500 pcm should cover rent and all bills (100% green electricity; gas; water; council tax; Internet access; TV licence). I'm not exactly sure about the deposit yet.

I work as a Web developer, writing the code that makes websites work, with interests in 3D printing, electronics, DIY home automation/"smart home" tech, and other geeky/techy stuff like that. I used to have time for Xbox games, too... I work from home a lot and have done for much of my career - the pandemic hasn't changed much for me in that regard!
My housemate is disabled and unable to work. She plays various PC and Switch games, sometimes streaming them on Twitch. We've known each other for more than 10 years and we're very close :)
We're both quiet, kind, caring, etc. - but also a bit shy! 🤐

Both of us are variously LGBTQ+, as are most of our friends/partners, so we do require that any new housemate is totally comfortable with all of those letters, please. It's important that this home remains a queer safe space <3 🏳️‍🌈

Oh, and we have two lovely cats! 🐈 They're rather shy around new people, but very sweet when they're more comfortable :)
