You will have sole access to the main bathroom as I have an ensuite room. The room is currently furnished, with a double bed frame and mattress, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table.
There is also space for parking, and a rear enclosed garden with a shed.
Nearby there are tons of local shops, gyms, pubs, and takeaways, with Salisbury being only a 15 min drive away.
I'm looking for a clean, friendly, considerate house mate.
