Rent includes all bills, council tax, broadband, cleaner & gardener, (no TV licence). There’s a gas hob, fan oven, microwave, washer tumble dryer and dishwasher. No smoking inside.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and the high street is only a five minute walk away. There are plenty of shops and 24/7 food at Solstice Services. There’s a bus stop at the end of the road, with services to Salisbury, Andover, Marlborough, Porton Down and Boscome Down. Andover and Salisbury train stations are about a 15 minute drive away, with London Waterloo less than an hour from Andover. The A303 runs right past Amesbury so it's easy to get around by car.
