Double room with en suite in Amesbury

Hi,

I have a double room available in my house which is situated close to the centre of Amesbury.

I am located about 2 miles from Stonehenge World Heritage site.

The room is in a professionally converted loft room and allows for a double bed with all the usual pieces of furniture.

It has its own toilet and shower room and is situated on the second floor and is completely seperate from the rest of the house. It also has its own TV socket.

The house is located in the centre of town on a quiet private (unadopted) road close to local amenities.

Despite this, countryside walks which form part of a conservation area are only 5 minutes away.

I am semi retired and presantly live and work part time in the New Forest as a campsite warden.

There are two other lodgers who both work full time.

On the ground floor there is a large boho style lounge, large dining room and a self contained kitchen with all the usual amenities.

You would also have access to a large bathroom which has free standing Victorian style bath.

There is a small south facing garden with its own decking for relaxing in.

There is limited off road parking, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine available.

I would hapilly consider couples and those with pets (price to be agreed).
