Double room available in a three bed house in Amesbury for £470pcm including all bills (gas, electric, water, use of washing machine, dryer and fibre broadband). The house has been recently redecorated.

Room includes double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Other amenities include a kitchen, sitting room, downstairs toilet, garden and full bathroom (which would be shared between yourself and one other lodger.)

There is parking on the street outside the house, and doesn't require a permit.

I'm looking for a professional female of similar age to share the house with, who would want to hang out and socialise but also okay with quiet evenings in the house.

I keep the house clean and tidy and would expect the same from my lodger.
