Furnished double room available in a shared house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Amesbury, with parking on the road, or driveway. Close to village and Solstice Park shops and amenities. Close to bus stops with regular bus services to Salisbury, Andover, and Marlborough. Porton Down and Boscombe Down are just a short distance by car or there are regular buses.
Share kitchen, bathroom, shower room and patio.
Rent includes a regular cleaner, all bills, council tax, utilities, and 66mbps unlimited broadband.
Most mod cons but no tumble dryer. Use of washing line and clothes airers.
TV licence (but bring your own telly), washing machine, microwave and gas ovens.
Other house occupants are landlady and one lodger.
It is quiet, clean and friendly.
No smoking, no vaping, no air fresheners, no aerosol sprays in the house.
This is a 7 days a week let but I will definitely consider reduced rent for a part time lodger.
