The room on offer is a double bedroom, with a TV, super fast fibre optic internet, modern wall mounted USB electrical ports and a garden (North) facing window.
Ian (+ Podge) works all over the country so is rarely in the house, except for his leave periods. Chris lives in the house and keeps it tidy and welcoming.
We are ideally looking for a young, sociable, tidy professional/student to add another dynamic to the house.
